Francis Nealle Ricasio is a seasoned litigator with over a decade of experience in dispute resolution, labor law, corporate law, and contract advisory. He has successfully handled a broad range of contentious matters, representing clients in complex civil, criminal, labor, and commercial disputes.  Known for his strategic thinking and meticulous preparation, Francis approaches each case with a results-driven mindset, combining legal precision with practical business judgment.

Prior to his current practice,  Francis was affiliated with leading law firms in the Philippines,  where he managed high-stakes litigation and advised on sophisticated legal issues across various industries.  He also served as in-house counsel for a premier luxury automotive importer, where he provided legal guidance on labor relations, regulatory compliance, commercial transactions, and risk management.  This dual experience allows him to deliver solutions that are not only legally sound but also aligned with business objectives.

Francis has represented and advised a diverse portfolio of clients in industries such as construction, manpower and recruitment, information technology, retail, importation, distribution, and transportation.  He regularly assists clients on corporate structuring, employment matters, contract negotiations, and dispute management, offering a holistic approach to both preventive and remedial legal strategies.

As a litigator, Francis is recognized for his courtroom advocacy, strategic foresight, and ability to navigate complex legal challenges.  He is equally adept in handling labor disputes and corporate controversies, guiding clients through sensitive and high-impact matters with diligence and clarity.
Outside of his legal practice, Francis is an active athlete who trains in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and regularly participates in marathons and trail runs.  His discipline and endurance reflect the same focus and resilience he brings to his legal work
