Padlan Alcoreza Ricasio traces its roots to Salonga Ordoñez Yap Sicat and Associates, an esteemed law firm founded in the late 1960s by legal luminaries including Sen. Jovito R. Salonga, Amb. Sedfrey A. Ordoñez, Justice Pedro Yap, and Atty. Marciano C. Sicat. Their legacy of excellence, integrity, and public service remains the foundation of our practice.

After several senior partners entered government service following the 1986 EDSA Revolution, Padlan Sutton & Associates, led by the distinguished Atty. Rody P. Padlan together with Atty. Delia T. Sutton carried the firm forward, preserving its trusted client relationships and reputation for dependable counsel.

Following Atty. Padlan's passing in 2021, Atty. Joden B. Alcoreza, a member of the firm since 2007, continued this legacy by combining its core values with a modern, responsive, solutions-oriented approach. Together with the rest of the team, he continues to honor its heritage while providing thoughtful counsel, strategic insight, and dedicated advocacy for today's clients.
