Our Team

Joden B. Alcoreza is the managing partner of the firm, with extensive experience in civil and criminal litigation, labor law, banking and commercial law, and real estate.  He has been admitted to the bar since 2008 and has played a pivotal role in landmark cases, including Sps. Limso vs. Philippine National Bank (G.R. No. 158622, 2016) and Icebergs Food Concepts, Inc. vs. Filipino Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers, Inc.  (G.R. No. 256091, 2023).  He also serves as corporate secretary for several private corporations.

Atty. Alcoreza earned his LLM and MBA from the De La Salle University – Far Eastern University School of Business and Law, graduating with honors.  He further enhanced his expertise through specialized courses in International Intellectual Property and International Negotiations in Florence, Italy.  His broad and deep knowledge allows him to provide practical, strategic, and principled solutions for complex legal and corporate challenges.
